A2 Brewing Company is a fictional brewery founded by German native, G.F. Bishop in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1863. After leaving Germany, Bishop noticed that not much was built in the small town of Ann Arbor. He wanted to bring the gift of alcohol that he was so used to in Germany. G.F. Bishop opened A2 Brewing Company on March 22nd 1863. He wanted to bring his hometown charm to the new city. What started off as a small brewery quickly expanded into a full fledged distillery, producing high quality liquor in three distilled styles.
