Light Up the ADDYs was the creative branding and event experience developed for the 2024 American Advertising Awards Gala hosted by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Suncoast on February 24, 2024. Centered around the theme “A Masquerade Party,” the event combined elegance, intrigue, and celebration to create a memorable evening honoring the best in advertising and creative excellence across the Suncoast region.
In partnership with Ringling College of Art + Design, the AAF Suncoast Board of Directors brought the masquerade-inspired concept to life through sophisticated visual branding, promotional materials, event décor, and immersive guest experiences. The collaboration expanded community engagement by welcoming more local agencies, students, industry professionals, and city officials, while introducing an atmosphere of mystery and magic to the Sarasota creative community.
The project celebrated outstanding professional and student work recognized through the American Advertising Awards, creating an environment that encouraged connection, inspiration, and creative discovery. Through its distinctive theme and strong community partnerships, Light Up the ADDYs elevated the awards gala into an unforgettable experience that showcased the talent, innovation, and passion of the region’s advertising industry.
